BAM Team Members Will Enjoy the Following Benefits

Free Entry – Team members will receive paid entry into the Summit Credit Union Haunted Hustle Half or Full Marathon October 13th, 2012 (up to a $95 value!)

Coach led group runs – Runs are held Thursday Evenings at 6:30 p.m. (interval/speed focus) and Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. (long runs). Our First team run will be held on August 4th, 2011.

Team Discounts – All team members will enjoy a 12% in-store discount on all non-sale merchandise.

Daily Training Plan – All team members will receive a 12 week training program August – October.

Technical training t-shirt – Endurance House will provide all team members with a technical training T.

Training Support – Team members will have access to coaches through email, phone, or in person contact 7 days a week.

See the course! – All long runs will focus on routes that highlight aspects of the beautiful half and full marathon course.

Nutrition Support – Water will be provided on course for all long runs. Runners need to carry their own bottle or hydration system as cups will not be provided on course.

Fun and Educational Events – monthly workshops or social activities will be organized by the coaches for the team’s education and enjoyment.

Q: How much does the program cost?
A: The BAM program cost is $135

Q: What pace and distances are run?
A: There will be 2 paces led for both the half and full marathon groups on Saturday morning long runs. One group will strive to run an average of 8:00-8:30 min/mile pace while the other group will run 10:00 min/mile pace.
