Jamie Osborn – “Big Dog”
Co-Founder and visionary of the Endurance House® concept, Jamie oversees the big-picture. His more than twenty years of Management, Marketing, and Sales experience provide the driving force for the company. He was a scholarship athlete at Concordia University at Austin, Texas, where he earned his degree in Business Management.
Jamie is an avid Triathlete with 4 Ironman and countless marathon finishes to his credit. He also enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with family and friends. He is passionate about promoting the growth and development of Triathlon and seeks new and innovative ways to accomplish this on a daily basis. His nickname “Big Dog” comes from his knack for leadership!
Tara Osborn – The “Creative Optimist”
Co-Founder and architect of the Endurance House® brand, Tara oversees branding and internet operations in addition to graphic design, interior design, and merchandising. Tara got her start working in design for small to mid-size companies in Austin, Texas before owning her own Multi-Media development firm.
Tara is an avid Triathlete with 3 Ironman and countless marathon finishes. She was an all-state cross country runner in High School before accepting a scholarship to run at Southern Illinois University.
These days, she loves being a mom and friend to many. Tara enjoys cooking and is also a talented artist. Her passion for Triathlon runs deep and she hopes to qualify for the Ironman World Championships some day. Her bubbly personality and fun creativity lead to her nickname, The Creative Optimist!

Justin Pernitz – The “Rock”
As Director of Operations, Justin oversees daily operations and management. He also performs Buying, Inventory Control, and Strategic Planning functions while overseeing Managers and Staff. A collegiate swimmer at the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse, Justin has coached masters, youth, and individual swimmers.
His triathlon journey started in college where he helped create a Triathlon Club at the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse. He’s competed in triathlons of all distances and recently qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. Despite being such an accomplished triathlete, Justin enjoys sharing his knowledge with others and especially enjoys working with beginners.
When he’s not training or working, Justin enjoys spending time with family, playing the sax, and catching a football game. His nickname “The Rock” comes from his steady nature and overall toughness!

Bill Martin – “Wild Bill”
Bill runs front of the house operations as Sales Floor Manager. He insures Gold Standard Guest Service and efficient sales floor operation. Bill earned many accolades as a stand-out graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
Like Justin, Bill has a swimming background and also coaches’ youth and individual swimmers. An aspiring professional triathlete, Bill has posted incredible race results. But even more important to Bill is his ability to share the gift of Triathlon with others.
In addition to his many other skills Bill is also an extremely talented violinist. He’s been known to wow fellow employees playing tunes by ear. No one is really sure where his nickname “Wild Bill” came from, but it seems to fit!
