- Assessment – Our expert staff will evaluate your foot structure, discuss your running / walking goals and review your health history.
- Diagnosis – After you’ve been properly assessed, we’ll put you in a diagnostic shoe and ask you to run / walk briefly on one of our state-of-the-art Woodway Treadmills. At this time, we’ll be taking a high-end digital video of your footstrike and utilizing specialized computer software to determine your individual running / walking mechanics.
- Discovery – With a complete understanding of your individual mechanics, we’ll now select shoes that are appropriate for you based on the specific information we’ve accumulated.

Get ready to blow away your buddies, because with a triathlon specific bike fit you’re gonna fly and be comfy-cozy doing it!

What To Bring – Helmet, shoes, pedals, cycling shorts and shirt.
What To Expect – 1.5 – 2 hours of sheer bike fitting expertise. Our fittings are thorough, fun and informative. You’ll be positioned on a stationary bike trainer adjacent to a mirror and undergo a series of measurements. We’ll be making adjustments to your bike in a variety of areas. In some cases, additional components may be necessary to achieve optimal positioning. We will also take you onto the road to evaluate your fit as you ride in a natural setting.
Why F.I.S.T.? Slowtwitch.com is regarded by many in triathlon as the premiere triathlon information source. Slowtwitch created their bike fitting certification as way to help prevent injuries caused by poor bike fits and to simply help triathletes get the most out of their riding. The certification course lasts three days and covers a comprehensive list of protocols that are elemental and cutting edge in the world of triathlon bike fitting. Wetsuit Rental & Purchase – Warm buns, happy heart!
The best dishes are served warm! If you’ve ever swam in sub 70 degree water without a wetsuit, then you know how miserably cold you felt. | Wetsuit Purchase – The Endurance House® staff is made up of Triathletes. Unlike bike shops or running stores, our entire staff competes in triathlons. Therefore, we understand how wetsuits feel in the water and we go the extra mile to insure that our fitting techniques are cutting edge. We encourage our guests to schedule fitting appointments so that we can guide you through the process and help select the very best suit for you.
New Triathlon Wetsuits range in price from $275.00 – $650.00 and offer 2 – 5 year warranties depending on the manufacturer
Wetsuits are buoyant and therefore help you swim faster. Most competitive triathletes will swim in a wetsuit due to the speed advantage
Wetsuits assist with safety since they allow a swimmer to float. If you experience panic in open water, simply roll onto your back and let the wetsuit help you float. |

Our coaches are down-to-earth, non-intimidating and fun to work with. Afraid of swimming, not a problem. Don’t own a bike, no worries. Hate running, we’ll teach you to love it! Being A Triathlete – So you’ve gotten a taste and want more?! Let’s do it! Our Being A Triathlete program was designed to help intermediate triathletes go farther, go faster and have more fun!
