Any item can be returned in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Return authorization requests can be made by email through the "Locations" section. We will then send an RA# via email. Items purchased over 30 days, and used items, will be handled on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original manufacturer box with all, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.

All returned items must be shipped pre-paid and labeled with a Return Authorization number.

Refunds to credit cards are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned items.
